Check-in before you check-out, in our educator wellness group. This group is a supportive space for teachers and school staff. Although it is ideal to have somewhere to vent, this group is for those who want to continue to keep their spark in education before burning out completely. This group offers a chance to pause, reflect and build practical tools to help manage the day to day stress at work and prioritize your well-being inside and outside of the classroom.

A Group for Black Women
This group is a space for Black Women who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm and the pressure to be everything to everyone all while trying to "hold it together". In this group, we will unpack stressors, challenge unrealistic standards others hold us to or we hold ourselves to, unlearning perfectionism and create intentional self care. Together, the group learn will learn to breathe, rest and learn self compassion. Come as you are and give yourself permission to BREATHE.
