Understanding that group therapy may be better for people, therapist-led group sessions will be offered to help adults navigate life’s challenges in a safe, empowering and judgment-free space. These groups provide an opportunity for others to connect with people who have similar life experiences and have the same want to gain tools to implement in their life.
Whether you're managing stress, adjusting to life transitions, exploring your identity, or seeking deeper self-understanding, our groups are grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a shared commitment to healing.

Workshops/Speaking Engagements
We offer engaging speaking services for schools, organizations, community events and professional spaces. We bring both expertise and authenticity to each speaking event. Whether the topic is mental health in the workplace, self-care for caregivers, identity beyond motherhood, or youth mental health, mental health in the black church, the presentations are tailored to meet the needs of each audience. At Peace Journey it is important for us to make mental health accessible, relatable and actionable.
