At this time all sessions are virtual for New Jersey residents only.

Do you take my insurance?

At this time we accept the following insurances: Private Insurance Only, United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Horizon BCBS, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

Do you offer low cost sessions?

We do offer low cost rates to individuals who do not have private insurance. You will have to complete an application in order to be approved for the low cost rate. However, there is a waitlist at this time. You can join the waitlist on the Services page.

The first step is to reach out! If you’d like to ask questions or learn more before committing, we invite you to schedule a free 10-minute consultation. If you’re ready to begin without a consultation, feel free to email us directly and share what you'd like to focus on in therapy.
Once we’ve connected, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including completing your intake paperwork. There’s no need to worry about the first session—we’ll walk with you through every part of the process to help you feel supported from the very beginning.
