Executive Functioning Support Program for Middle School Students

Our Executive Functioning Support Program is designed specifically for middle school students who may need additional support with organization, focus, time management, emotional regulation, and completing daily responsibilities. Middle school is a critical time for developing independence, and this program helps students build the foundational skills needed to succeed academically, socially, and personally.

Through engaging, supportive, and practical strategies, students will learn how to:

  • Develop organization and planning systems

  • Strengthen time management and task completion skills

  • Improve focus, attention, and self-regulation

  • Build flexible thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Apply executive functioning strategies to real-life academic and social situations

To encourage consistency and support beyond sessions, parents and guardians will also receive practical tips, tools, and strategies to help reinforce executive functioning skills at home.

This program can be offered in partnership with school districts, integrated into existing counseling or student support services, or provided as a standalone private program for families seeking additional support outside of school. Sessions are designed to meet students where they are while helping them build confidence, independence, and lifelong success skills.
